Our founder’s passion for themed dessert creations led to collaborations with world-class events, including the inauguration of Nelson Mandela, Nelson Mandela’s 85th birthday celebration, and the opening of The Palace at Sun City. We’ve had the honour of designing desserts for top hotels, restaurants, corporate launches, and prestigious occasions like the Nederburg Wine Auctions and the Bocuse d’Or in Lyon, France.
